Stephanie Johnson, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC is licensed as an Advanced Practice Nurse in the state of Delaware and certified as both a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from The American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and a Family Nurse Practitioner from The American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) which provides a framework for treatment of the whole person. She is empathic in her treatment approach and a good listener. She is vast in diagnosing and treating ADHD, Depression, PTSD, Anxiety Disorders, Bipolar Disorder, and Psychotic Disorders.

Chanell Waters, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-C has joined our team of psychiatric providers at Steps 2 Wellness, Smyrna DE. Chanell is licensed as an Advanced Practice Nurse in the state of Delaware and is certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from The American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). She brings experience in mental health care and addictions medicine with over a decade of experience caring for individuals with complex psychiatric and mental health needs in an inpatient, outpatient and emergency department setting.
